Deb, Ian and Peter,
Firstly I would like to thank you for the lovely lunch you gave us last week. I really enjoyed the opportunity to network with you all, and the other OTs who attended.
It was also a great opportunity to provide you with feedback regarding your service. We very much appreciate that you are as client focused as we are. We are very happy with the service that you provide as it assists us in providing the best care to our clients.
As discussed (with Peter) I would like to arrange a time for ILS to do an inservice for us on pressure care, specifically looking at mattresses, as well as hospital beds. We would like to know what products you provide and how we can best recommend each product.
As you have set up a new show room, I thought it might be a good idea for me to bring the department to you! Next month would be the best time for us, could you give me an indication of whether you could arrange this inservice, how long you might need, and what time/dates would be suitable for you.

To dear Deb,
I just wanted to let you know that the beautiful lady at the San, passed away last Thursday.
She was able to be at home for two weeks prior to her re-admission. Through your efforts and your kindness, she was able to spend some time at home with her children and husband which I know meant the world to her and her family.
Without your efforts and the equipment you recommended and supplied, this would not have been possible.
Many thanks for your kindness, your efficiency and your understanding in the many negotiations of equipment that were required. It enabled me to help Jane and her family knowing I could put my faith in your service and in how quick you could supply the necessary items.
I am happy to recommend you to any future client of mine or my colleagues.
